I’m Mark Washburn and after 20 years of helping pond owners as a professional pond management consultant, I wanted to share what I’ve come to learn on this website. It will be an ever-evolving resource, with information coming directly from my work with water gardens, ponds, and lakes.
Mostly, this site is for people who want to enjoy their ponds more. As ponds go, this includes anything that holds water or ponds of any size. Small or large, it doesn’t matter because we talk about them all here. From building tips to managing water quality, fish health, and most everything in between, we’ll eventually cover it.
